After graduating from Kyushu University School of Medicine with a degree in Nursing, she worked as a nurse in hospital wards and operating departments at Kyushu University Hospital, Yokohama City Minato Red Cross Hospital, and the University of Tokyo Hospital.
Currently, she is an independent consultant and project manager in the healthcare field, as well as a writer and seminar lecturer to promote wellness.
